$175 Student rate

$250 Early bird registration rate (Before July 31st, 2025)

$300 regular registration

$150 Single day rate

We’ve worked to keep the costs down and we spend everything we make on the event. If you want to attend but can’t afford the entire fee, contact us for  possible “scholarships”. Likewise, if you’d love to give a little more to help sponsor other attendees, let us know!

Registration Fees Include

• Attendance at Skip Elsheimer’s evening Keynote address and two days of film presentations.
• On Site continental breakfast/coffee and intercontinental lunch Thursday and Friday.
• Limited edition Bastard Film Encounter t-shirt and other swag
• Saturday Brunch (sponsored by somebody)

Not included in the fee.

• You’re on your own for lodging – Here are some recommendations
• Alcohol (but it’ll be available for purchase at almost every venue).
• Transportation (we tried to make everything as walkable as possible).
